- دعم PHP !! : نعم الان تستطيع تحرير تطبيقات php ، حيث إنك لست بحاجة إلى نسخ وسوم الهتمل من محررات الphp و تحريرها في الدريم ويفر أو الاكسبرشن ويب ثم تعود و تلصقها ، فالبرنامج يقوم بذلك دون عناء و انا الغريم أحد المجربين و النتيجة كانت مرضية 100% ، النقطة هي إنك تقدر تصمم صفحاتك دون الحاجة إلى تركيب سرفر محلي ، و تستطيع تعديل البرمجة و كانك تستخدم محرر php مع الألوان و كذلك تحديد الأخطاء Syntax Error و أيضا خاصية PHP IntelliSense التي تتيح لك توفير الوقت عند إدخال الأكواد و إستكمالها .
- دعم تقنية Silverlight 1.0 : الان الأكسبرشن ويب 2 يمنحك الحرية في تحرير الوسوم المتولدة من Silverlight و كذلك إدخال تقنية Silverlight 1.0 إلى صفحات الويب .
- إمكانية عمل Adobe Photoshop : تستطيع الربط بين الأكسبرشن ويب 2 و الفوتوشوب و التعامل مع الصور و الطبقات ( اللايرات ) و إصدار ملفات بتنسيق .psd !! .
